First XI

Our First XI represent the club in the JW Lees ECB Lancashire League Premier Division, where we finished sixth in 2025.  The team are captained by Reece Davies and our club Professional is Sangeeth Cooray.

 

We are pleased to confirm that Sangeeth has recently signed an extension to his contract and will be back at the club for the 2027 season.  Club captain Reece is pictured here congratulating Sangeeth on his decision.

Second, Third and Fourth XIs

We have three other teams competing in the Lancashire Leagues ensuring that, weather permitting, there is always cricket on at Brookhouse Birch Hall right throughout the summer.

  • ​​​Our Second XI play in the JW Lees Lancashire League Junior Division 1 and are captained by Andrew Cook and Nathan Jackson.

  • Our Third XI are captained by Darius Ainslie and play in the  JW Lees Lancashire Cricket League Third XI Division 3.

  • Our Fourth XI play in the play in the  JW Lees Lancashire Cricket League Third XI Division 4 and are captained by David Thirsk.​​
